Payment
Payment is due 48 hours prior to the start of class/lesson.
Cancellations
We ask that you give us a 48 hr notice if you have to cancel a lesson or not come to group training. This is due to limited availability on our calendar, travel schedule and many other factors. You can cancel by phone, text, or email (info@hausofboxers.com, or ellasha@hausofboxers.com). If you cancel before the 48 hr notice we will work with you and try to reschedule your lesson or get you caught up with the rest of the class. We reserve the right to cancel your lesson/class at anytime due to medical, travel or any unforeseen situations.
No Show
Your appointment is very important to us. However, we understand that unexpected situation may occur. Any cancellation or reschedule that is made prior to 48 hours of the lesson/class will be considered and No Show and you will forfeit that lesson/class. We will try to work with you. If you make cancellation or reschedule prior to 48 hrs we will reschedule you to a time that is more convenient to you.
Refund
When you sign up for this program, you are holding a spot on our calendar to provide the best service possible to you. We hope you’ll take advantage of our time together, but if you do not, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund. We will work with you to the best of our ability to accommodate schedules to ensure you get the most out of this program. To encourage commitment to training, refunds are not offered. In the unfortunate circumstance that your dog passes away, previously unused, paid training sessions will graciously be refunded.
Compliance Policy
All Evolution Dog Training clients are expected to comply with the following policy:
1. Attend our scheduled appointments in a timely manner and fully prepared to participate.
2. All recommendations must be followed as intended. Written handouts will be provided as supplemental material to facilitate learning and document recommendations for future reference.
3. Clients are to follow the instructions that are given by the trainer. Any deviation of the training techniques discussed can and will change the expected results of the the training techniques discussed can and will change the expected results of the training. If you resort to methods which are not condoned by the trainer, your lessons may be forfeited based on the trainer’s judgement.
4. The use of any training tools that have not been explicitly recommended by your trainer will lead to the immediate termination of the program.
Confidentiality
I understand that I will gathering a large amount of information from you. You can rest assured that I will not share your information with a 3rd Party without your permission to do so.
Weather
All services will be rendered as scheduled outside of severe or inclement weather. Inclement weather means that it is not safe for the trainer to drive or its not safe weather for the dog to train. I will contact you as soon as possible if I have to cancel because of the weather.
Health
Ellasha sometimes has to cancel due to health. She has suffered from Lupus since 2011. It is pretty much under control for the current moment but she does have flares. She will reschedule the class/lesson as soon as she possibly can.
Safety
When arrive to your house please have you dog on a leash. This is safety for me and your dog. Also please do NOT feed the dog before I come to train. Feed the dog after I leave. We want him/her to be hungry for the training treats.
Disclosure
Please let me know if you are working with any other pet care services. Pet care services include: dog sitter, dog trainer, dog walker, grooming, doggy day care, or dog trainers. If it is a dog trainer and we are teaching two different types of methods I will ask you to choose who you want to work with because we would only be confusing the dog training it two different ways.
